Vida Winter
I need something that lists all grammar terms including multiple terms for the same sentence part. The logical part of my mind can't keep straight multiple terms for the same thing.

fourisenough
Do you mean something that clarifies all the usages for a particular part of speech? For instance, nouns can function as subjects, predicate nominatives, indirect objects, direct objects, possessive noun adjectives, nouns of direct address, appositives, etc? Vida Winter
I want something that says a subject complement can also be called a predicate noun or a predicate adjective. And so on. The terminology is confusing because there are so many categories and sometimes things are called completely different things depending on the resource you use. This has been driving me batty for years.

Vida Winter
I don't think a general grammar resource is going to help. I need a cross-referenced terminology map.
