Rubix Posted December 18, 2013 Share Posted December 18, 2013 I have made it, and canned it before. Once open, it is good for quite a while. Maybe 3 weeks-4 weeks + . Mine eventually gets moldy. If it's not moldy and smells ok, we'll eat it :) I think it will smell "off" if it is bad. We've never been sick from eating something like that, that smelled ok and wasn't showing signs of turning.
