3rd year high school Spanish credit?

Recommended Posts

My oldest will be a freshman next year so I'm beginning to plan his courses.  I've read several threads about using Destinos for Spanish and I think that's probably what I'll go with since I'm familiar with it from my own Spanish courses in college way back when.  But it's my understanding that going through all of Destinos will just count for 2 years of high school Spanish ... is that correct?  What should I have him do for a 3rd year of Spanish?  Sorry if this has been asked and answered a billion times on here, I'm still getting used to the search function and I often get frustrated that I can't find what I was looking for.  Thanks!

Dual enrollment at a public or private high school or community college, or a tutor, or an online course, unless you speak Spanish.

Once you get past the first year, it's really important to include someone else who speaks the language.
