Feeling Run Down - Quick Fixes?

Recommended Posts

1. Sambucol or Sambucus (elderberry) once a day for the immune system.

 

2. EmergenC (a powder you put in water that contains 1,000 mg of Vitamin C)

 

3. Make sure you are well hydrated.

 

4. Get outside! Sunshine would be a good idea.

Thank you, I will definitely look into the first two. Hydrating is not a problem, inside or outside right now, but the weather has been sporadic so I am sure the sun will be back soon. 

 

I felt like this was kind of a dumb question, but it really came from nowhere and I have a fraction of my usual energy.
