They are not going to be happy about this new law. My children aren't likely to want to participate in school sports anyway, but considering the enormous school levies that our community keeps passing, I'm happy that some homeschooling families can get something for their money. You probably know this, but just in case you don't... this law does not just apply to sports. Your kids can participate in any club or extracurricular activity that they want. I have a couple of friends whose kids are not interested in sports at all, but are extremely excited to be able to be in the school drama productions and compete in Science Olympiad.
