heritagelearningacademy
My son will be doing BJU Life Science this year. I didn't purchase the Life Science Investigations dvds. I plan to do the labs with him and will be buying a kit so I have all the experiment stuff together. What would be the benefit of also purchasing these dvds? Thanks. TrulySusan
You don't need them. If you are using the DVD/online option, they are included anyway. If not, the labs are all do-able on your own. The benefit of purchasing is mainly being able to skip any labs you don't want to do at home because of expense, mess, time constraints, etc. without missing out on the information. For example, they have plant labs that take several days to complete but we watched the "tv" version in just a few minutes. There is another lab that requires $28 irradiated radish seeds...we also skipped that one. It is a big convenience but not a necessity.
