bettyandbob
I have a gmail account. Now, I'm getting messages that people are adding me to their google + circle. What is it. Do I make a "circle"? Is this a Pandora's Box with traps I should avoid? It also keeps sending me messages about "people I know". Those are mostly listing 15 year old acquaintenances of my dd. Perhaps my 18 year old could explain it all to me, but he's studying right now.
Georgiana Daniels
It's my understanding that Google+ was supposed to be the next big thing to replace Facebook. The idea behind it is that you can keep your "connections" separate by creating different circles. For example, you can have a circle for colleagues that's separate from your circle of family, and what you post to your family circle won't be seen by people you work with. In theory it was a good idea, but I just don't see it taking off. I have several people in my circles but I never actually think to go there. It might be working for some people, but it definitely doesn't get as much traffic as FB.
