He is also on the Spectrum (ASD) but very high functioning. I'll be looking for advice about NH home school rules. Thanks for looking. Register as a homeschooler, do your thing, take a test or have a qualified evaluator review your work at the end of the year, and hang on to that paper in case you ever need it. That's it.
