KatieJ
DH is going to be working late and then will be shoveling when he gets home. (We are on day 4 of late effect snow. sigh) My dinner plans did not involve a meal that would "hold" well. I need a different recipe. Probably will be making a rice/quinoa pilaf for the side. Just need to figure out what to do with the chops. thanks!
Lara in Colo
This is my favorite pork roast recipe that I used on boneless chops this week (I cut them into 2 inch pieces, but whole should work) grated apple (1) fresh ginger grated (I used jarred)--about 2 teaspoons butter (1/2 stick) brown sugar (1/4 cup or a little more) salt marinate for about an hour and cook til done save the juices. this reheats well
Blueridge
I just saw this today on EMealz, and I am planning to make it tomorrow cause it looks yummy! Honey Garlic Pork Chops - 4 ingredients! Honey, Soy Sauce, Garlic and Pork....Extremely easy. Marinate all day, used boneless chops and baked them @ 350 for 35 minutes as opposed to grilling. tearose
I've had success gently reheating this recipe for pork chops with mustardy apples and onions: http://www.dinneralovestory.com/pork-chops-tonight/
