Danestress Posted December 24, 2012 Share Posted December 24, 2012 Argh. I got up early today and started my cooking marathon. I make cinnamon rolls every year, and everyone looks forward to them. So they have to be just so.I think I must have been distracted, because clearly I did not let them rise long enough the second rise, and they are unacceptable. I tested. They taste good, but are not fluffy and light. So I am starting over, even though I have everyone coming here for dinner.
