laughing lioness Posted December 3, 2012 Share Posted December 3, 2012 We were driving today, reminescing about when ds18 was 3 and we had just purchased our Suburban. Ds always wanted to the burb as his car when he grew up. Amazingly, it is still running and he drives it in a pinch. Dh says, "If I had a decent garage (we have a shed, billed as a garage), I'd love to refurbish the 'burb." Ds9 asks what that means. I respond with, "Like what we are doing to the house." We had a house fire 3 years ago. We ended up gutting the house and re-building from the studs out. We are still at it... Ds 9 asks incredulously, "Dad wants to put the 'burb in garage, LIGHT IT ON FIRE, and re-build it?!! Um, no. Not really. :lol: :lol: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
