password didn't work, and where's the navigation button?

I had to change my password and then change it back to what it used to be. I couldn't sign in until I did that.

 

Also, there used to be a way to jump between forums. Is that still there but moved? Or is it gone?

On the upper right, there's a label that says View New Content. Just to the left of that is a thing that looks like a ouija board magnifier. If you click that it gives you a drop-down for quick navigation. Is that what you're looking for?
