I was searching for a review of Milikan and Gale's Practical Physics, and came across this: http://www.av8n.com/physics/millikan-gale.htm The author also reviews Hewitt's Conceptual Physics, which I think is a popular text, but his review gave me pause. :001_huh: http://www.av8n.com/physics/hewitt.htm Of the sciences I took in high school, I struggled most with Physics so I want to learn more now. But if I can't spot the errors he pointed out in his review, I might be in for some grief. So I was hoping to read other evaluations/reviews and find a textbook which is conceptually clear.
