We are trying to get a referral for DD for a neuropsych eval, and our medicaid insurance plan is giving us the runaround. They told our family doc it had to be referred through behavioral health services (entirely separate from the regular health service plan), but the behavioral health plan said neuropsych is NOT handled by them, and the health plan lists several near us as covered providers. Today our primary care provider re-ran the referral, this time with the name of a specific doctor. Hopefully this time it works! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
