Plucky Posted September 10, 2012 Share Posted September 10, 2012 be sure to check their room when they say they are cold. I couldn't understand why the poor girl was cold. I chalked it up to her being very thing and getting used to our climate. So I went in her room to give her clean towels and the fan is still in the window from the day she moved in and it was in the 80s. Poor thing. I feel awful. Glad you figured it out! Where is your guest from? Listen very, very carefully it is so easy to miss what they actually mean.
