songsparrow
Well, it looks like I won't be homeschooling my older daughter this year after all. But in teaching her, I've come to realize just how lacking my education was in too many areas. So this year, I want to do some personal learning. I'm planning to listen to many of The Great Courses and audiobooks of classic literature as I do housework. I'm also interested in iTunes U's offerings, but am not as familiar with them, so . . . What iTunes U lectures or courses would you recommend? Right now I'm listening to Game Theory by Ben Polak (Yale), and have enjoyed the first lecture. CathyCDK
I'm just learning about what's out there. Not sure if Itunes U has everything at this website, but you might check it out Open Courseware

There is also a series of podcasts from How Stuff Works called Stuff You Missed in History Class. They are less highbrow, but very enjoyable.
