Liz CA
Is that anywhere near the appendix? When it comes to appendices, I would not even speculate. Mine was on the "wrong" side all together. Is it permanent pain or intermittent? Is it possible you have stretched a muscle too far in this area?
higginszoo
I've learned never to say never, because some people are just put together weird, but usually the appendix is more in the upper to middle of the abdomen, not that low. In that area, it would most likely be a strained muscle, or possibly an ovarian cyst or a hernia (pretty slight possibility).

TranquilMind
Is that anywhere near the appendix? No, not generally. Sounds like sciatica.
