Would anyone like to be my personal coach today?

Set a timer for ten minutes. That's nothing! Five if that seems overwhelming though lol. Challenge yourself to get as much done in that 5 or 10 min as possible. You might find that you're on such a roll you don't want to stop. If not, you're better off than you were a few minutes ago still.
