I am trying to create my lesson plans with this program. Those that have used it before how long did each lesson take you? Did you do the reading and the mapping activity in the same day?

To do the reading, an activity, and draw a map, you'll need between an hour and an hour and a half. (Some activities are more time-consuming than others.) It's reasonable to fit it all in in a single session each week, though for maximum retention, I would suggest repeating the map-drawing activity again a few days later.
