CyndiLJ
How I love the Hive Mind~!! I just read a history thread which mentioned this book by Strayer, Ways of the World, and now I am very excited. It looks like exactly what I have been hoping to find...a clear, concise world history text which doesn't feel the need to overwhelm with high level language to get a point across. I also discovered the accompanying web site with questions and other wonderful material. Has anyone used this for World History? Did you use it over the course of one or two years? What did you think? And...is there a source for American History that is similar in style that you could also recommend? :bigear: Thanks so much!
