Pippen Posted July 20, 2012 Share Posted July 20, 2012 Looking to grind almonds for marzipan and have read that it will turn out better if the almonds are ground in an almond mill which shaves the almonds, as opposed to the food processor which pulverizes them. Below is what I could find for an almond mill. What would give similar results--preferably easily available and cheap here in the the US?
