I stocked up when I was in the US and am starting to take them. 7 Keto was recommended for revving up metabolism. Just wondering if anyone has tried it? What dose? He recommended 100 mg in the AM and 100 mg in the PM but the dosage on the bottle is one 50 mg per day. I am planning to split the difference and take 100 mg per day to start.
