PrairieSong Posted May 28, 2012 Share Posted May 28, 2012 We have a large bowl of freshly pitted cherries that we picked from our friends' trees. Can I freeze them with Stevia or Xylitol? Has anyone done this? I will be making them into pies, cobblers, etc. later on. I tried Google but was having a hard time finding an answer to this.
