Nat. Library Service recorded books and Motivation book

Recommended Posts

These are unrelated concepts, but at one point I'd posted things like if I remember the name of ______, I'll post it, but now don't know what the original thread was. So:

1) I wanted to give a reminder that the there are recorded books via the National Library Service for people who qualify. There is no fee (though they do appreciate contributions) and the books are usually wonderfully read. They don't have so much that is school related as Learning Ally etc., but can be wonderful for literature.

2) Peter Spevak was the author of a book on Motivating (older) children that I could not find. I still cannot, but may get it again since I had found it helpful. It is geared to "underachievers" which is often not really the issue with special needs children, but I think has useful ideas nonetheless.
