Denise in Florida
I don't know if this has been posted (I did not see it). Considering that the FCAT is a high stakes case (affects school funding) and in some grades is a dont-pass-the-test-dont-move-up-a-grade hurdle, you would think they would be more careful when writing the questions. aaarrrgh http://www.stumbleupon.com/su/2zp7Qn/:1yO$-K+Lp:DUgrb-f9/boingboing.net/2012/04/17/florida-standardized-science-t.html/

FLDebbie
When I pulled my second grade son from school two months ago his second comment (after "no homework - Yippee!") was that he wouldn't have to take the FCAT next year. It's scary what is happening to our students because of that blasted test.
