wapiti Posted March 5, 2012 Share Posted March 5, 2012 You'd be looking for a "developmental optometrist", sometimes known as a "behavioral optometrist." These are typically regular optometrists who also have certification from the COVD. Here is a provider locator from the COVD. The ones with "FCOVD" listed by their names are Fellows and should be more experienced. Also ask around for personal recommendations (if you happen to see neuropsychs, OTs or other specialists).
