Dianne-TX
We will be using Prairie Primer very soon and I just wanted to see if anyone had any BTDT wisdom or anything to share from their experience. Thanks!

Lolly
The year we used Prairie Primer was one of my favorite years. Of course, we didn't do everything listed. It is definitely a pick and choose type of program. I remember making some type of a corn pancake (not what it is called) with maple syrup that the kids loved. My fondest memory is the girl's sitting on the sofa quilting while I read to them. We made very simple quilts for their dolls (about the size of a baby blanket). Nothing fancy at all. Just simple patchwork squares for the top which were machine stitched together, quilted by hand to the batting and bottom. When they were finished, the girls used them as car blankets instead of for their dolls. This was one of the best projects we have ever done! Dh also got involved by doing a gun safety course with them and taking them shooting. They loved that! They turned out to be good little shots too. Dianne-TX
Of those that I've talked to that have used PP, every single one of them has said it was their favorite year. I'm excited to use it! Thanks for the links too.
