HSMom2One
I've tried several different money management software programs since switching over to my trusty little MacBook, but I have to admit that I really miss using Quicken. What is your opinion of the Mac version? Does it perform as well as what I was used to on my old PC with Windows? Blessings, Lucinda
knit247
I've never used Quicken, but do use YNAB (You Need a Budget) on my iMac and love it. I'm pretty sure it's in the App Store and may even have a trial. HTH!

pageta
Nay. It is extremely basic. I have used Quicken since at least 2002, and there was no way I could 1) move my data over much less 2) have it actually work in that program. Complete waste of money. I think their online version (which is extremely basic, from what I've seen) exceeds the benefits of the Mac version. It's been over a year since I looked at it, but that was what I found. HSMom2One
Well, Laurie - I just downloaded my free trial of YNAB. It looks like a really good option. Thanks again for the referral. Blessings, Lucinda
JumpedIntoTheDeepEndFirst
I read the other day that Quicken is in the process of being updated to work with OS X Lion. I would make sure that update is in place if you have Lion.
