momto2Cs Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 My ds will be in 6th grade, 11 years old, next fall. Right now we're using Igniting Your Writing, and written narrations, along with The Sentence Family, for language arts. I am planning on working with him on dictation this spring as well. In looking ahead to fall, I am unsure if I should start him off in WWE 4 and FLL 4, or WWS level 1, and hopefully ALL level 1. My goal is to improve his writing skills and give him a very strong language arts base by the end of 8th grade. Where should I start him? He is a reluctant writer, loves to read. Thanks! So it sounds like it will not be available.:crying: I had planned on starting WWS & ALL w/ my ds11 this week...we started WWS on Monday and we are liking it alot, but now I'm scrambling to figure something else out for grammar.
