heidip2p
Looking for a history curriculum that our family can enjoy but that isn't too pricey. What has your family loved for history?
MerryAtHope
What would make it fun for your family? Great books, projects, something else? We have enjoyed Sonlight and Mystery of History here! Sonlight especially for the historical fiction, we have a long history of bedtime reading! Mystery of History because we enjoy the text and for the variety of projects and activities. Hope you find just what you're looking for :-) Merry :-)
heidip2p
Arts and crafts are loved by all here. If I could find something that is really hands on that would be awesome. Right now we are using MFW ECC. I like it for the geography but wish we had something more for history.
MerryAtHope
Have you looked at Winter Promise? They have a good mix of lit. and lots of projects.
Jay3fer
Honestly, Story of the World. The audiobook is great car listening. The AG is probably not perfect for your older kids because it's grammar-stage, and the projects aren't terrific. But it will give you a spine, a jumping-off point for other readings and activities. But as other posters have said, it depends what your family considers fun. :-)
