Crockpot Recipe of the Week

This week's recipe is...BBQ Pork Sandwiches

Bon Appetit!

:)

1 boneless pork roast

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup water

1 bottle of BBQ sauce of your choice.

Place pork roast in the crockpot.

Add 1/4 cup water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 5-6 hours.

Remove pork roast from the crockpot.

Slice with knife.

Meat should be tender enough it falls apart from slicing.

Drain crockpot. Place roast in the crockpot, cover with bbq sauce. Stir.

Allow to simmer on for 1-2 hours on high.

Serve on hamburger buns.
