Mom25girls
I just received a wireless keyboard for my iPad2 and I'm SOOO excited! I'd love to do my Quarterly Updates (for our school district) but I'm not sure how to send a file from my Macbook to my iPad2. Is there any easy way to accomplish this task? I've had iPads since they were first released and I STILL don't know how to move files/folders. Kind of red faced...I really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance. acurtis75
There are several options. You can email the file to yourself if it's only on your computer. If it's in email already you can just "open with" iBooks or your favorite PDF reader. You can also use the free Dropbox app which has software to load on your Mac to make a folder to transfer files. Also, if it's a PDF you want to write on you can "open with" notability. There are recent threads about how many of us are using this tool
Mom25girls
Thanks so much for your help. I've tried emailing the file/folder and I can't get it to open in iTunes. Attempting to install Dropbox now (and wishing that I had accepted my engineer dh's offer to do it for me!). Thanks again. I really appreciate your input.
