BabyBre
Dd's GT school has begun using this this year. Dd does not care for it. Her teacher was enthusiastic about it at the beginning of the year, but far less so at conference time.
Bang!Zoom!
I believe Springboard and Pre AP are geared toward teaching the kids the strategy/reading/responding and test taking skills of the full APs in the later years. It could be a Kaplan sort of dog and pony show; not sure, never have seen the materials in person. I believe they talk about the essay skills and approaches often in Springboard and the Pre Ap pages. If you are interested, the AP list serv is out there, you can sign up. I lurk, listen and develop ideas about the different exams and topics. They also talk a LOT about some really stunning resources they use. Highly valuable, time-saving and just plain interesting.
