Tress Posted November 27, 2011 Share Posted November 27, 2011 Just when I found this thread, I tweaked my neck (ouch!) and could not work out for almost a week :glare:, but I did work out yesterday...just in time :D. Weightlifting, with a personal record for bench press (19kg, 3x5) and hip thrust (37.5kg, 3x10).
