Exercise thread 11/20-11/26

Just when I found this thread, I tweaked my neck (ouch!) and could not work out for almost a week :glare:, but I did work out yesterday...just in time :D.

 

Weightlifting, with a personal record for bench press (19kg, 3x5) and hip thrust (37.5kg, 3x10). I just re-started weight lifting a few months ago, so these weights are pretty pathetic, but still...a PR is a PR ;).
