My favorite sweet potato recipe is this one: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/sweet-potato-casserole-iii-2/detail.aspx I have used canned yams, but fresh and boiled sweet potatoes taste better. And I do DOUBLE the topping as everyone raves about it so I just double it and I get no complaints or people digging around for the area with the thickest amount of topping!
