kht2006
I think we will do this experiment as we study Fall. Has anyone tried this before? These experiments look great! Farrar
Our co-op tried to do that one with the leaf chromatography and it was a complete flop. Definitely no color separation.
kht2006
Thanks for the warning. We'll sort simple and compound leaves instead and discuss the types of pigment found in different colors of leaves. We'll do the chromatography thing with marker-permanent and waterbased in the colors of leaves. I know that works. thanks! Karen
