Caroline
We use Foerster's Precalculus and Calculus books in public schools in Cobb County, Georgia. We also use Larson, which comes up here a lot. In fact, I just finished teaching a semester of precalculus using a combination of Foerster and Larson. We have a class set of Foerster and Larson is the textbook the kids use at home. I don't know about Jacob or Lial.
Laura K (NC)
Jacobs' geometry is used in a private high school here for honors geometry, but I don't remember if it's also used for regular geometry. This isn't exactly the answer to your question, but it's the only answer I've got.

Susan in IL
The local high school uses Lial's Alg. 1 for the remedial classes. They take 2 years to go through it.
