NanceXToo
After we finished, my daughter said, "Wait, we're only going to do this once a week?! I want to do it every day! I like Fred!"
NorCalMom
Seriously? So did we! We pulled out the book and read through the intros. DD says, "Really, Mom? It's about a five-year old." (Toss some attitude around with that.) I told her to just give it a try - to think of it more like Diary of a Wimpy Kid (which she loves). When she was done, she asked why she couldn't just do LOF and nothing else. I told her that maybe we could kick it up to two lessons per week. So now I'm looking for a copy of decimals & percents! :D
NanceXToo
LOL cool. As it happens, I had bought the first two books (used) at once. That may come in handy now!
PenKase
We're doing our first LoF Fractions lesson tomorrow. I keenly await my dd's take on it (and hopefully anticipate the same raction) who only seems to tolerate MM.
