Jay3fer Posted September 9, 2011 Share Posted September 9, 2011 Haven't heard this at all. I appreciate having both number systems; I think it's just more academically rigourous. We particularly enjoy the audiobook using BCE/CE since we're Jewish. Most of the world isn't Christian, and although I still date my checks 2011 (except maybe in Israel, where it's legal to use the Jewish year - 5771 :001_smile:), it's nice to not have to date everything from the birth of Jesus (which wasn't even in the year 0 anyway :001_huh:).
