SonshineLearner
We have a co-op that we've put together some activities for the children. Now the leaders think that Little Hands to Heaven, would be better. We've spent $$$ already, but I'm wondering if the preschool curriculum is the best ever.... and we should change... :bigear:
amazzie
I tried it with my son and he hated it. She has fingerplays to go with each letter and Bible Story. They were to be done each day and didn't go over well here. I now know that I prefer traditional rhymes and fingerplays! I actually liked her recommended resources better than the curriculum she provided to go with the resources. For example, the musical Bible tapes got a lot of use in our car, but I sold the TM. tkeller
Funny how people's opinions can vary so much! We LOVED the curriculum but hated the CDs lol. We listened to them the first couple lessons and then just put them away. The rest of the stuff we did and loved though. My son was four so we did add the letter printouts from confessionsofahomeschooler.com to LHTH since he seemed to need more than what was planned. Dustybug
We love LHTH here! ALL of it! My son just finished his first year with it and my DD has done it twice, using older options and some other supplements the second go round. Tomorrow is our last day using it for a few years and we're sad to see it shelved. :(
