Blueridge
I got some awesome training shoes for cardio/weights because I couldn't do it barefoot anymore, and they are extremely supportive and wonderful, with one small exception. My toes don't move around. They aren't really hurting, but more of an 'almost asleep' feeling when I'm finished exercising. Are training shoes supposed to fit your entire foot snuggly or are you supposed to be able to really wiggle and spread out your toes if you want to? I don't know but need to find out before it's too late for an exchange.
Chels~
My experience is that there is more room in the toe area to allow for swelling as you warm up during cardio workout.
Blueridge
Thank you. My runners are 1/2 size bigger and plenty roomy in the toe, but the salesperson gave me a thorough fitting and said these would be better for cardio because you didn't need as much room. Maybe I'm just not used to them yet.
