MeganW
Anyone planning lapbooks to go along with their Classical Conversations class? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
i.love.lucy
Someone posted a very nice set of links for jpegs to go along with the science facts on the Conn community. I think I will use those each week after repeating the memory work so that by the end of the term they will have a body systems lap book. MeganW
I have really struggled to figure out the file sharing part of their website. Not very user-friendly!
miracleone
Bumping it up. I'm interested to know what kind of lapbook to do aside from Science. Thanks!
laughing lioness
I have comprehensive lapbooks that I created available at my website: www.wisdomandrighteousness.com They each cover six weeks of material if you are interested. Karen Karen, Terrific resource! Thanks for letting us know about this!
stm4him
Karen, Could you tell us more about which facts are covered in your lapbooks (is it history, science, grammar, math, geography, Latin, and Scripture)? Is there anything about the Fine Arts or the experiments? Will you be adding something next year for the new timeline? Also, when and how do you fit this in your school day and does it replace other forms of practice in your house? Thanks! Very interested.... stm4him
AngelBee
awesome!
stm4him
Maybe I will buy them this summer to put together as review. I think that totally makes sense that they would be able to look at that in future years and remember what they learned. I'm thinking it would help my oldest who really struggles with retention. So cool!! stm4him
