Jane Elliot
I was wondering if someone could tell me if it would be useful to get an extra lab workbook or additional lab equipment for a second child doing Rainbow science? TIA! We got one set of lab equipment and two lab workbooks for our two dd's who used it last year. You will want two workbooks. If you can get a second pair of safety goggles, that might be a good idea, but otherwise having only one set of lab equipment works fine if they do the experiments together. Susan in TN
I've never done it with two kids at once (not yet, at least), but I agree that you really only need one lab set (high school science labs are always done with partners :)). I don't let my kids write in the lab books - they do all their writing in a separate notebook. So in that case you could use just one lab book, but if the cost isn't a big deal to you and they'll be writing in them, they might prefer to have their own.
