give_me_a_latte
Does anyone know of any Bible Curric that has a Lutheran influence? Or anything like Confirmation that can be done at home?

mamakim
Don't have an answer, but I do include many/most of the questions from Luther's Small Catechism off and on over the years, both for discussion and memorization. If you don't have a copy, it is online now http://www.lutheran.co.uk/docs/Small%20Catechism.pdf Looks like here is a for-pay catechism class: http://smallcatechism.org/ but I know nothing about it . . . Uncle Google just found it for me :D. I'll be interested to see what others have used :lurk5:
mom2jjka
Do you have a specific synod that you prefer? (ELCA, LCMS, WELS) Both LCMS and WELS have theri own publishing companies with online book stores that sell Bible curriculum for Lutheran day schools LCMS has Concordia http://www.cph.org/default.aspx and the WELS has Northwestern http://online.nph.net/ I personally have used the WELS Christ Light curriculum, and I thought it was really good. (The price was just a bit too high for us) Here is a free Lutheran Bible study that someone posted awhile back. It looks REALLY good! http://clclutheran.org/godshand.htm

I was raised Lutheran until about age 9 (don't even know which synod) and I'm finding a lot of Bible curric's out there don't really sit well with me. So I thought I may try and "go back to my roots" and see what may be available. Here is a free Lutheran Bible study that someone posted awhile back. It looks REALLY good! http://clclutheran.org/godshand.htm I found this tonight and I agree, it looks good! I haven't looked through all of it yet. I'm not familiar with the Church of Lutheran Confession though....Not sure where exactly they fit in Lutheran theology.
