We used a combo of Singapore Math 3 and RightStart Math C last year and plant to use TT5 this fall. Although I've been seriously reconsidering TT5, but that's a whole other thread. If you're already joined, you just make sure your computer is ready, and then set your child loose! We did 20 minutes of math today. We've just started about a week ago, and I accidentally set the grade too low for both math and LAW. After a week of giggling how easy it was, I set it up a little higher.
