Roxy Roller
Does anyone use this? I need a CD with the definitions of the parts of speech for my auditory learners. I am wondering if the Shurley CD is what I need, or if there is something else out there that is better. Any help would be appreciated. Dmmetler
I got the 3rd-8th grade one and the 3rd grade coloring book as a supplement to Grammar Island. There are three versions of each song-one as a song, one as a chant, and one just with the accompaniment to the song. The book that comes with the CD gives piano music. It's not super-catchy, but my DD has enjoyed it and has picked up a lot of the songs to the point of being able to apply the definitions even before she got to that section of Grammar Island. I also have the audio memory Grammar Songs, and I think I like the Shurley ones better-they're shorter and more "just the facts".

Thank you. This is exactly what I am looking for.
