SquirrellyMama
My reluctant reader (8 yr old ds) is helping his little sister with phonics this morning. He knows his phonics well but fights me tooth and nail everyday. I was only having my dd 6 read one paragraph but he started reading the others for her and now they are reading them together. I can hear him helping her when she stumbles on a word :001_wub: Kelly

Denisemomof4
that's very good! I sometimes had dd11 give dd8 her phonics lesson and go through the phonics chart. SHE thought she was doing it t help her sister. I didn't need to tell her I was also giving her a refresher.;)
