Elaine
I know that this has probably been asked before, and I did do a search, but I am not getting what I need. Please tell me how you schedule this subject. From reading through the text it would seem that most lessons can be done in one day, but I don't want to rush it as I want the boys to grasp the concepts. Do you spread the lessons out over two days, or keep discussing it throughout the week? Any input is appreciated. :001_smile:
tjarnold
I'm looking forward to hearing the responses to this, too. Tiffany
Aquinas Academy
We do logic twice a week and do one lesson each week. On the first day DD and I generally read through the lesson. On the second day we discuss the lesson and do the exercises. HTH
amyco
My dd is doing this independently, which isn't ideal, but definitely doable. She does about 3 lessons per week, reading it and then doing the exercises. I know she is retaining it because yesterday she was telling me about something and said, "That's the ad hominem abusive fallacy!" This was an education for me too, as I didn't know there was more than one kind of ad hominem fallacy. ;) She's really enjoying the book.
