Jayne J
I really love the idea of The Complete Writer, the text book for the WWE series of workbooks. It lays out *how* to teach the subject throughout an entire grammar level course of study. So, if you had this book you wouldn't need any other "curricula" for the grammar stage, not even the actual workbooks. (Ok, I know you'd need a few children's books, but I assume we all have those...:D) What else does this? Any subject, any level including high school. (Blech. I know I am not expressing myself well here--it has been a tough day and my brain is like pudding. )

Stacy in NJ
I agree with the other recommendations for Lively Art and SWB's writing audios. I would also include TWTM recommendations for History. For grammar stage, all you really need is SOTW and a library card. For Logic stage: an encyclopedia like Kingfisher and, again, a library card. Read the material, narrate, outline, get the activity guide if you want comprehension questions and map work. Use your library card to check out lit and non-fiction related to your history reading. Cheap and easy. I really love the idea of The Complete Writer, the text book for the WWE series of workbooks. Greta
I just read the chapter in The Core about teaching Geography. Her method, one good atlas, and plenty of paper and pencils will get you from K through 12th. Is that the kind of thing you had in mind?
