Jeanne in MN Posted February 16, 2011 Share Posted February 16, 2011 Anyone else get any ebooks from the Scholastic sale and having problems downloading them? I've tried a number of times on two different computers and I can't save anything! If I'm luck I can open a file, but not save it anywhere and each time I try I lose an opportunity to download it! Wheres Toto Posted February 16, 2011 Share Posted February 16, 2011 I had 3 (out of 17) that I wasn't able to save. I used up all the downloads and ended up sending an email to their customer service. After about a month they replied and gave me six more downloads. It still didn't work on three different computers so I sent the link to dh at work where they have the newest full version of adobe. It still didn't work so he ended up just printing them out for me. If something happens to the link, I won't be able to access the material. (I really don't want to copy off every page of the 14 books I bought.) Just a heads up in case someone else is in this position. Thanks so much for the help everyone! Will look at updating the adobe as well. We have Adobe Reader 7 and evidentally 8 and 9 are available.
